How to layer fragrances without clashing
Combine two scents so they feel intentional — not crowded. A simple method that works in UAE heat.

Layering lets you build a scent that feels personal. Done well, it reads as one fragrance — richer and more interesting than either bottle alone.
Start with something soft
Apply the quieter scent first: a clean musk, light citrus or soft floral. Give it a minute to settle on moisturised skin before you add the second spray.
Add one richer note on top
Oud, amber, vanilla or a deeper floral works as the second layer. One spray on pulse points is usually enough — heat in the UAE will project the rest for you.
Keep the families related
Fresh with soft wood, floral with musk, citrus with light amber. Mixing two very loud fragrances often turns sharp rather than complex.
Test on skin, not paper
Smell the combination after ten minutes. If it still feels crowded, remove one spray next time rather than switching both bottles.
Leave room to breathe
Two sprays of each scent is usually the maximum. Layering should feel polished, not heavy.
